Sitting in my car, parked on Hilltop Road, I observed many students walking to their vehicles. The four-way intersection is commonly crowded. Some students wait for the signal at the cross walk, whereas other students look quickly and run. Many cars stop over the cross walk, not leaving much room to walk, and others continue through as pedestrians are walking. Not paying mind to the rules of an intersection can be dangerous for both drivers and pedestrians. Campus safety is important.
